A Moment In Time

In Te Ngahere we have been learning to do descriptive writing.
We had to put descriptive words into it.
We also had to describe a picture.
I think my writing was surprisingly good.
This writing was the best writing I think I have ever done.
I think I was good at putting descriptive words in.
I really enjoyed everything about the writing. I think I could have done better at writing a bit more because I only did 3 paragraphs.
Here is my writing:

A MOMENT IN TIME
Walking through the deep dark woods, plants dangling from above, branches flowing like the wind, trees, swaying about like dancing squirrels. The light blue sky, darkening as each step is taken, engaging the light. Pine cones falling in the distance, so far away, but still so near. Leaves as big as a giant! Mountains, with gushing trees, dancing around.

Clouds, appearing out of nowhere. Spiders climbing there way up to the tippy top of the pointy tree. Moss, as furry as a pom pom. The light booming towards the dirt, soon to be bursting out with beautiful flowers.  Camouflaged lizards, eating all insects appeared in sight.

Clouds, slowly fading away every single split second. Small trees, barely visible and slowly growing, soon to be a gigantic kauri tree. Nothing to be seen but green bushes and trees, as still as a snake, as if it was staring at its prey.  Ferns, hanging over the dry dirt floors of the wonderful earth.
